Only T-mobile or same type of sim card. sorry. I’ve heard that they are going to open up to another carrier but I forgot which.

There is a version for Mac and for PC – so pick the right one. (Both are free.) Then follow the step by guide
You don’t need to jailbreak it to unlock it – just follow the instructions.
